**Job Overview:**

We are currently recruiting for a Roving Facilities Manager to join our team at Anderselite Ltd in the South-Coast region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to manage a number of leading mixed-use facilities and properties.

About the Role:
  • Oversight and budget management of several properties throughout the Southern region.
  • Maintenance of safe, customer-focused environments.
  • Stakeholder interaction to maintain and grow working relationships.
  • Delivery of property inspection coordination and completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management practices.
  • Health & Safety risk assessments.
  • Supplier / contractor management.
  • Sustainability management and routine reporting.
  • Multi-site commercial property management experience.

This role requires a flexible approach, with some duties completed from home/office and others on site across a mix of office, retail, and industrial buildings.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Delivering legally compliant, safe, customer-focussed environments.
  • Stakeholder interaction to maintain and grow working relationships.
  • Property inspection coordination and completion.
  • Risk management practices and health & safety risk assessments.
  • Supplier/contractor management and sustainability reporting.

The ideal candidate will have IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and knowledge of service charge budgets.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
