We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the smooth running of our hotel's facilities and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities or operations management, preferably within a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Oversight of daily operations of all hotel facilities and infrastructure.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Leading a team responsible for maintenance and technical support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in facilities or operations management, ideally within a hospitality environment.
- Ability to lead teams and manage daily facility operations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Nice to Have
Bonus points if you have experience with building management systems and technical maintenance.
