Job Title: Senior Facilities Manager

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum

About the Role:

In this pivotal position as a Senior Facilities Manager at Interpath Advisory in London, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities across multiple sites. Your primary goal is to ensure a safe, efficient, and effective environment for all staff.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage facilities projects, including renovations, space planning, and other improvements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets for facility-related services and repairs.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to ensure everything is functioning properly and meets set standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of facilities assistants and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide reports and updates to senior management regarding facilities performance and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of facility management, building maintenance, and health & safety regulations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • Budget Management and Reporting: Proficiency in budget management and reporting.
  • Vendor Management and IT: Experience in managing vendors and third-party service providers, and proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
  • Education: Degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
