This role will provide strategic support on projects, risk management, contract management, budget management, and ensure the firm acts in accordance with local regulations and ISO standards.
The Facilities team will have presence in all Kennedys offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert for the FM team and offices within your remit.
- Lead and mentor on-site team members to be a high-performing and multi-skilled workforce.
- Ownership of operational aspects of the Facilities Management service provision, which is provided by a mix of outsourced partners and in-house teams.
- Budget planning, forecasting, analysis, and tracking.
- Have accountability for the development and implementation of Environmental targets, health and safety compliance.
