Job Title: Strategic Care Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Care Manager to join our team at First Clinical Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for planned care services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality care pathways, improving patient outcomes and experience.
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of QIPP projects, ensuring successful implementation and maximising benefits.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and external partners.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on service redesign and improvement initiatives, ensuring evidence-based decision-making.

About You:

  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and programmes in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policy and legislation, with a strong understanding of the NHS and its priorities.
