Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our successful domiciliary care company based near St Albans. Our organization operates in the health & social care sector and is a true market leader in our area, respected for our levels of care and how our staff are treated.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow. As a domiciliary care organization, we ensure people are well looked after in their own homes and also provide a live-in care service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of care services
  • Ensure strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations
  • Manage staff and resources effectively, including recruitment of the care team
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Liaise with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Grow the business with both local authority business and private hours

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - level 5 highly desirable (or working towards it)
  • Experience in a leadership role, either as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager seeking their next role
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic plans
