Care Manager

Care Outlook Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Greenwich. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing our domiciliary service, ensuring the highest quality support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roster and template care calls using an electronic system
- Direct management of the care team, monitoring staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training
- Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users' needs and aspirations
- Ensuring care assessments, care, and risk planning meet best practice and customers' aspirations
- Providing care services to service users in an emergency, arranging emergency cover when required, and covering all/any calls reasonably required
- Ensuring telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful manner
- Working alongside the Branch Manager to ensure all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptly
- Participating in the paid on-call rota
- Implementing measures to comply with CQC regulations and working to achieve the best care standards possible

We are looking for a Care Coordinator who is:
- 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
- Knowledgeable about CQC standards and CQC compliance
- Experienced with rostering care calls on an electronic system
- Experienced in care coordinating or 2 years' working within health and social care
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (preferred)
