About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Centre Support Technician to join our team at Cyberfort. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24/7/365 support for data centre and service desk functions
  • Support a wide range of data centre and customer equipment, resolving queries and installing hardware and software
  • Confidently communicate with customers and colleagues via telephone and in-person
  • Prioritize work and seek assistance when needed
  • Collaborate with the Service Support Operations Manager to ensure seamless support delivery
Requirements
  • Experience in IT infrastructure and customer service
  • Confidence in using office software and technical tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
