IT Support Specialist

### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' technology infrastructure.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, development, and execution of approved solutions and services to contribute to the technology direction.
* Monitor the IT service desk and provide timely support to employees.
* Responsible for desktops, laptops, tablets, smart devices, operating systems, and applications.
* Lead root-cause troubleshooting and service desk management.
* Provide support for all IT-related projects.

### Requirements

* 2 years of technical delivery and support experience.
* Understanding of service desk operations and ITIL-based service delivery.
* Knowledge of Windows desktop administration, Microsoft Office Suite, LAN/WAN maintenance, audio visual solutions, and IT security.
