Role Overview

Newman Stewart Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their team. This role involves developing new business leads, utilising online databases and CRM tools to research target companies and make outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients using our online databases and CRM tools.
  • Make outbound calls to develop opportunities in markets where Newman Stewart Ltd are not currently working.
  • Communicate the unique selling points of Newman Stewart Ltd effectively to prospective clients.
  • Arrange meetings for our directors to attend.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and their outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for in-person networking events.

  • Positive, resilient, enthusiastic, and energetic personality.
  • Organised, meticulous, and driven individual.
  • Comfortable using research and call logging technology.
  • An effective communicator and relationship builder.
  • Familiarity with CRM/recruitment database software would be beneficial.
