**A Day in the Life**

As a Reservations and Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing hotel pricing strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and conversion of reservation inquiries into bookings. You will manage relationships with local corporate bookers and leverage sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee hotel pricing strategy to ensure maximum revenue and market share.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with local corporate bookers.
  • Utilize sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Lead the reservations team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and effective workload distribution.
  • Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a similar position, with a proven track record in reservations, revenue, and reception management. Strong forecasting skills and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions are essential.
