Financial Services Authority Reviewer

Propel Finance, a leading UK finance house, is seeking a Senior Underwriter to drive its growth plans. As a key member of the team, you will evaluate and approve credit proposals, ensuring seamless customer experiences consistent with our values.
The ideal candidate will have underwriting authority across various origination channels, including banking partners, accounting partners, vendor partners, brokers, and direct-to-customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed Credit Reviews and sanctioning Asset Finance transactions up to a personal credit underwriting mandate limit.
- Analysing and providing recommendations on transactions presented to the Transactional Credit Committee.
- Contributing to Watch List/Business Support List compilation and participating in relevant forums.
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as 25 days annual leave, birthday day off, and private medical insurance.
