This is a unique opportunity to elevate your career as a Senior Materials Analyst at Siemens Healthineers. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive efficiency and optimize material availability. You will work closely with suppliers, customers, manufacturing teams, and management to foster collaboration and communication. You will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, optimizing productivity through digitalization and automation, and managing inventory and safety stock levels. You will lead transformation projects to build a resilient and efficient supply chain, while mitigating material risks and ensuring timely availability of raw materials for production. Your responsibilities will include:

* Developing strategic improvements for the sourcing team* Managing stock levels to support production and avoid stoppages, while controlling costs and space* Addressing non-conformance issues and coordinating logistics for returns and scrap* Supporting change management and ensuring smooth transitions for new and phased-out products* Driving continuous improvement and participating in cross-functional projects with digital tools* Analyzing KPIs through digital dashboards* Participating in production meetings, resolving issues, and escalating when necessary* Maintaining master data and using methods like Kanban to control inventory* Leading supply chain digital innovation activities* Building and maintaining supplier relationships

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in material planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of manufacturing methods and commercial experience, including relationship management and negotiation. You will also have expertise in IT applications, including SAP, MS Project, Power BI, PowerApps, and materials modeling. A solid understanding of logistics concepts, such as MRP, JIT, and Kanban, is essential.
