Business Operations Assistant

Main Responsibilities:- Process supply chain payments and manage payment email inboxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer invoices.
- Perform regular statement reconciliations and resolve aged debit and credit balances.
- Handle supplier and internal enquiries effectively.
- Input credit card and expenses transactions.
- Produce debtor reports and assist with bank, VAT, and CIS reconciliations.
- Process journals for credit card, expenses, and timesheets.
- Conduct UAT for new features on ERP and input timesheets.
- Demonstrate professionalism, diplomacy, and impartiality at all times.
- Show adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving priorities.
- Possess excellent communication skills to keep the team informed.
- Be tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exhibit personal accountability and ownership.
- Utilize initiative and work autonomously.
Estimated Salary: £27,500 per annum.
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: Full Time.
