About the Role

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote and Order Management: Accurately process and manage customer quotes and orders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Job Pack Production: Create and distribute accurate job packs to the kitchen team, ensuring all necessary information is included and communicated promptly.
  • Shopping and Sourcing: Source and collect routine shopping items, as well as non-stock items online or from specialist suppliers as needed.
  • Driver Support: Assist with overseeing and allocating drivers for daily deliveries.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours due to the nature of the business.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable accessing computer systems and experience using Microsoft.
  • Driving License: Full clean driving license is desirable.
What We Offer
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, with a variety of days across the week, including weekends.
  • Core Hours: 9am - 5:30pm.
  • Salary: Starting salary of £24,000, negotiable depending on experience.
