We are seeking an experienced Drainage Supervisor to join our team at Carrington West. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our drainage services.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing training and development programs for our operatives, promoting the use of bespoke software to meet service requirements, and overseeing team activities to meet health and safety standards.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for managing plant and vehicle maintenance, implementing safety performance measures, and improving team communication through our Toolbox Talk Programme.
You will be expected to work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that we maintain the highest levels of quality and service delivery.
We offer a competitive salary range of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver high-quality drainage services to clients
- Meet or exceed health and safety standards
- Maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Manage vehicle damage costs and ensure safety objectives are met
