About the Role:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Build strong working relationships with customers and clients through verbal and written communication.
  • Call Handling: Efficiently handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Managing Director, including managing spreadsheets, updating customer data, and identifying problems.
  • Document Management: Chase additional information and supporting documents from clients and customers.
  • Quotations and Liaising: Produce quotations and liaise with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Be extremely organized and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Numeracy and Problem-Solving: Comfortable with numeracy and number crunching.
  • Customer Service: Provide great customer service and maintain a professional manner.
  • Time Management: Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
