Position Overview:
This role is for a Freight Sales Coordinator at Pertemps Bond, a dynamic organization in the logistics sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to enhance and maintain a robust customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with previous clients and prospective customers to present the comprehensive suite of logistics and transport solutions available.
  • Schedule meetings based on leads provided by the sales team.
  • Address customer inquiries through phone and email communication.
  • Manage and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Provide quotations for customer requests related to core services and follow up for feedback.
  • Compile weekly performance metrics for both active and inactive clients.
  • Assist in managing emails for Sales Managers during their absence.
  • Perform general administrative tasks via email.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in the freight sector, particularly in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent administrative capabilities.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a sales or customer service environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the logistics industry is a significant plus.
