Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a courteous manner.
- Assisting the sales department with various administrative functions.
- Generating sales invoices and confirming sales orders.
- Entering data into the ERP system for documentation and invoicing purposes.
- Welcoming guests at the front desk.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Coordinating with relevant departments for delivery updates and documentation needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales support capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Familiarity with export documentation is a plus.
