International Client Growth Professional

We are seeking a German-Speaking Business Development Graduate to join our growing German business in London.
This is a high-impact role that requires ambitious and driven individuals who can build strong relationships, develop new business opportunities, and convert loan applications into loan closings.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Managing all client relationships;
- Developing new distribution partners;
- Converting loan applications into loan closings;
- Establishing relationships with credit intermediaries and nurturing them;
- Engaging in public relations, sales, and marketing activities; and
- Playing an integral part in scaling Fiduciam to multi-billion success.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Ambitious and driven relationship building skills;
- Natural sales person qualities;
- Highly organized, dedicated, and perform with attention to detail;
- A university degree in business or economics with solid results;
- Hands-on, motivated, and proactive;
- An excellent communicator both written and verbal in English and German;
- Eager to learn and push your boundaries in a growing company;
- Enjoy working in an international environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
- Eligible to work in the UK.
