About This Opportunity

We are seeking a German-Speaking Business Development Graduate to join our growing German business in London.

This is a high-impact role that requires ambitious and driven individuals who can build strong relationships, develop new business opportunities, and convert loan applications into loan closings.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing all client relationships;
  • Developing new distribution partners;
  • Converting loan applications into loan closings;
  • Establishing relationships with credit intermediaries and nurturing them;
  • Engaging in public relations, sales, and marketing activities; and
  • Playing an integral part in scaling Fiduciam to multi-billion success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Ambitious and driven relationship building skills;
  • Natural sales person qualities;
  • Highly organized, dedicated, and perform with attention to detail;
  • A university degree in business or economics with solid results;
  • Hands-on, motivated, and proactive;
  • An excellent communicator both written and verbal in English and German;
  • Eager to learn and push your boundaries in a growing company;
  • Enjoy working in an international environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
