Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Specialist Children's Community Nursing Team. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic assessments and care plans for children with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the existing Children's Community Nursing Team in carrying out a range of clinical activities, including assessments and care planning.
  • Utilize clinical judgement to formulate care plans based on assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Work autonomously and as part of the team to provide high-quality care to children with complex needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience in a clinical setting.
  • Paediatric nursing qualification and experience working with children with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
