Client Services Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Client Services Advisor to join our team at International Property Media. As a key member of our Customer Services department, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring the successful delivery of their Awards entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in compiling and submitting their Awards entries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products to existing clients.
- Chase clients for their entries and payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Customer Services team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong telephone manner and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer services and sales is essential.
- Good organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate different time zones.
