What We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aftersales / Customer Care Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service and support. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping small businesses succeed, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls, respond to emails and web chats, and handle customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers complete their applications, process repayments, and address account queries
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Pitch our services to new customers through various marketing channels
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve customer satisfaction and experience
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)Benefits:
