Job Title: Head of CRM OperationsJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of CRM Operations to join our team at Datamatics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting enterprise-level clients with a focus on MSP and VMS solutions for their recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Building: Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers, procurement professionals, and stakeholders to identify and target enterprise-level clients.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies tailored to the MSP/VMS market to drive revenue growth.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams to design recruitment solutions that align with clients' MSP/VMS requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Market Research and Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential clients and gather intelligence for refining our strategies.
  5. Revenue Growth and Performance: Meet and surpass assigned revenue targets and performance benchmarks.
  6. Presentation and Negotiation: Craft compelling presentations showcasing our capabilities in MSP/VMS-driven recruitment and lead negotiations for contracts and terms.
  7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
Requirements
  1. Enterprise Sales Experience: Proven track record of successful enterprise-level business development, particularly in the context of MSP and VMS solutions within the recruitment industry.
  2. Client Management: Experience in working with and securing Enterprise, Neutral Vend, and MSP clients.
  3. Commercial Acumen: Commercially minded with high-level attention to detail.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superb ability to build rapport quickly within a face-to-face environment and excellent communication skills.
  5. Sales Process Management: Previous experience in managing multiple sales processes through to completion.
  6. Target-Oriented: Must possess the desire to succeed and be obsessive about hitting targets consistently.
  7. Team Player: Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and others by being a great team player.
  8. Organizational Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  9. IT Skills: Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce.
  10. MSP/VMS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of MSP/VMS concepts, processes, and benefits.
  11. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  12. Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
  13. Relationship Building: Experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives, HR teams, and procurement professionals.
