As a support worker with Voyage Care Ltd, you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to provide excellent care and support to our fantastic group of service users.

Our supported living service in Patcham is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days will be the same. You'll have the opportunity to enhance the lives of our service users by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access local communities, socialise, and participate in activities.

This role would be perfect for someone looking to make a real difference in someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence. Whether it's assisting with cooking dinner or planning a holiday, every interaction counts
