We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Services Practitioners. As a Community Services Practitioner, you will work closely with families and children to provide support and guidance.

The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is committed to creating a safer and more equitable society for all Victorians. As a member of our team, you will contribute to this mission by working in various community-based settings, including people's homes and residential facilities.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting investigations, intervening if necessary, and determining case plans. You will also deliver case practice services to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

This position offers a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000. To be successful in this role, you must hold or be willing to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check card and a valid Victorian Driver Licence.
