About the Role

The NHFT is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Professional Practice, Education and Training team at Campbell House, Northampton. This exciting opportunity is for a Placement Capacity Lead to establish new ways of working across the Trust in line with the Government's vision to increase placement and training opportunities for learners.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide project management support to oversee, co-ordinate, facilitate and manage the volume of learner placements in the Trust. This will involve developing and building relationships with practice areas, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, and providing support to the wider team to plan and organise training.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise workloads, produce and analyse data, and prepare reports. They will also need to be able to work well independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills and the ability to manage competing demands.
