About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Data Centre team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and generating business relationships across the Data Centre market.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and support new business proposals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring compliance with company and country guidelines.
  • Support the overall sales strategy through effective communication and coordination.
  • Mentor less experienced sales and account team staff.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development or sales with commercial acumen.
  • Technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Adaptable approach with outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in the Data Centre sector is beneficial.
