We're seeking an experienced individual to join our Heathrow team as a stakeholder manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies for our infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. You'll play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients and other projects, to support the successful delivery of our projects.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans and strategies for construction projects, in alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Identifying key stakeholders, establishing, and utilizing current communication channels to facilitate ongoing dialogue and collaboration.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events.
  • Gathering feedback from stakeholders and incorporating it into project planning and decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring and evaluating stakeholder engagement activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into project plans and activities.
  • Representing Mace at external events and forums, promoting our company values and contributing to industry discussions on stakeholder engagement best practices.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and communications teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in stakeholder engagement efforts.

You'll need to have:

  • A proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and delivering effective engagement strategies for construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
