Key Responsibilities

As a Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Manager at DiverseJobsMatter, you will be responsible for supporting the development of relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive and mobility industry.

  • Engage with industry stakeholders, including automotive and mobility companies, think tanks, and disability groups.
  • Act as a resident industry expert, providing situational awareness and summarizing key developments for the Corporate Affairs team.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including joint projects with the Foundation and the Joint Public Affairs Plan.
  • Work with retained agencies to disseminate political insight and develop key external messaging.
  • Provide content for external presentations and support the development of corporate presentations, slide decks, and speeches.

You will have a strong understanding of the automotive and mobility sector, as well as experience in managing stakeholder relationships and events planning.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with external stakeholders and within the organization.
  • Excellent understanding of issues related to the automotive and mobility sector.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
