Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Manager

At DiverseJobsMatter, we are seeking a highly skilled Public Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our development of relationships with Political Stakeholders, Industry and Disability Groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Automotive and Mobility Sector Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive and mobility sector, including industry leaders, think tanks, and disability groups.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a resident industry expert, providing situational awareness of the automotive and mobility sectors to the wider Corporate Affairs team.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of events undertaken by the Public Affairs and Stakeholder team.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the Foundation and Joint Public Affairs Plan teams on joint projects, including the dissemination of political insight to the wider organisation.
- Content Development: Develop key external messaging, including corporate presentations, slide decks, speeches, and thought leadership from the CEO, Executive, and senior leadership.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and events planning.
- An interest in and understanding of issues related to the automotive/mobility sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and work with all levels of external stakeholders and within the organisation.
