Nursery Support Role
JEM Childcare Solutions is recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager to provide support to nurseries in the North London area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Years/Childcare, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. This role offers a competitive salary of £45k plus benefits, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can provide guidance and support to nursery managers in the North London area. The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare and at least 3 years' experience working in a Day Nursery. You should also have a genuine passion for working with children and helping others learn, as well as sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations, and Ofsted standards and requirements.

Key Duties
• Providing guidance and support to nursery managers
• Covering absences in nurseries within the North London area
• Working closely with the nursery management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Providing training and development opportunities to other members of the team
