Childcare Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Nursery Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Blom and Blom. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to promote an enabling environment for children to play, learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver activities to extend children’s development and learning outcomes
• Carry out observations, evaluate and record children’s progress
• Plan and implement next steps to support children’s development
Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold a NNEB, CACHE, EYT or equivalent Nursery Practitioner qualification. They will also have a good understanding of EYFS planning and assessment procedures, as well as strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
