Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and growth through the identification of new opportunities and delivery of exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Business Development, with experience in the Industrial, Drainage, Highway, and Housing sectors. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £58,000 - £60,000 + OTE (£120k) + Excellent Overtime Rates + Pension + Career Progression + Company Car + Company Events.
Please note that this role is based in Liverpool, and you must be willing to travel extensively throughout the UK.
