Business Growth and Operations Improvement

We're looking for an experienced Business Growth Consultant to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our advisory team, you'll work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Your expertise in business strategy, operations, and finance will enable you to provide high-quality advice that drives results. You'll work collaboratively with senior managers, directors, and partners to deliver value-led solutions that meet our clients' needs.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting business projects, building your experience and expertise alongside the brightest minds in the industry. Our agile working framework enables us to stay connected and collaborative, bringing teams together where and when it counts.

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 honours degree in any subject or relevant experience in business growth and operations improvement.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Well-presented with a professional level of communication – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and take a flexible approach.

A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum reflects your skills and experience. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available to help you achieve your career ambitions.
