As a seasoned Account Director at Havas Lynx, you will be responsible for leading our client relationships and driving business growth in the healthcare sector. With a strong background in healthcare communications, you will be instrumental in shaping our strategy and delivering high-quality campaigns that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and inspire a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
