Fresh Produce Sales Manager

We are working with a leading supplier of fresh and exotic fruits, who are seeking an experienced Fresh Produce Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Lead negotiations and secure advantageous terms for the company.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the fresh produce industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and revenue.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus benefits. We offer a competitive package including bonus, health insurance, pension plan, and 25 days paid annual leave.
