Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Brickability PLC Group. This role will involve managing sales targets, working with colleagues to contribute to sales plans, and supporting company sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales performance in assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with colleagues in sales and branch teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and forecast future sales.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
- Fully understand the workings of Intact IQ and submit quotes and orders via the system.
- Prepare customer price lists and work with credit control to resolve disputes and receive payments.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of UP Building products and pricing to achieve expected margins.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolving complaints within 24 hours.
- Numeracy and literacy skills, educated to GCSE or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a builders merchant or similar environment.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Able to work on own initiative and possess full driving license.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development within the company.
