Job Opportunity:

The Account Director will play a pivotal role in the company, actively sourcing new business and engaging directly with dealerships across designated regions. The primary objective is to onboard new dealerships and facilitate vehicle finance to achieve monthly gross profit targets.

  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealerships in the assigned region
  2. Conduct regular meetings with dealers to assess performance, gather feedback, and explore new opportunities
  3. Ensure dealer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
  4. Monitor and report on account performance and progress
  5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
  6. Create proposals and presentations for potential dealership partners
  7. Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand business connections
  8. Sales Strategy & Execution
  9. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives
  10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region
  11. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to automotive dealerships

Package:
£45k-£60k basic salary plus £6k per annum car allowance
Uncapped commission
21 days holiday plus bank holiday

Nationwide, UK.
Remote / Field Based

I am representing an award-winning Car Finance Brokerage specialising in vehicle finance. Our client works with both franchised and independent dealers across the UK, offering a wide range of finance products for private and business users. They cater to individuals and businesses looking to purchase cars and vans, accommodating various levels of creditworthiness.
