We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at NMS Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships across the UK, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships in the assigned region, ensuring dealer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service and support.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, creating proposals and presentations for potential dealership partners.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional sales objectives, monitoring market trends and competitor activities in the region.
- Account Performance: Monitor and report on account performance and progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in the car finance industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
