About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Macmillan Davies. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our regional operations and driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to provide HR guidance and support on various issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, gained from within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
