HR Strategic Partner

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Contract Type: 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Location: On-site, full-time

Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic retail organization? This opportunity is tailored for those who are available immediately and are keen to contribute significantly during a defined contract period.

We are collaborating with a forward-thinking retail company seeking an HR Strategic Partner to oversee their corporate and logistics operations. This position requires a full-time presence at the office.

The organization is poised for substantial transformation and requires a proficient HR Strategic Partner to guide them through this transition. In this capacity, you will serve as an internal HR advisor, facilitating both project-based initiatives and routine HR functions as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing change and demonstrate resilience in navigating uncertain environments. While change management will be a primary focus, you will also engage in standard operational tasks, necessitating flexibility in your responsibilities throughout the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing additional HR support across corporate and logistics operations for a 6 month fixed term contract
  • Leading complex, large-scale organizational transformation projects
  • Assisting with routine HR functions and activities
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to execute projects and manage daily operations
  • Partnering with a center of excellence to implement change initiatives and support ongoing HR activities
  • Full-time on-site commitment
  • 40 hours per week
  • 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays
