Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to take on a pivotal role within a dynamic retail organization? This opportunity is tailored for those who are available immediately and are keen to contribute significantly during a defined contract period.

We are collaborating with a forward-thinking retail company seeking an HR Strategic Partner to oversee their Head Office and Warehousing operations. This position requires a full-time presence on-site, ensuring close collaboration with various teams.

The organization is poised for substantial transformation and requires a proficient HR Strategic Partner to guide them through this transition. In this capacity, you will serve as an internal HR advisor, engaging in both project work and routine HR activities as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in change management and demonstrate resilience in navigating uncertain environments. While managing change will be a key focus, you will also engage in standard operational tasks, necessitating flexibility in your approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing additional HR support across Head Office and Warehousing functions for the duration of the contract
  • Leading complex organizational change initiatives
  • Assisting with routine HR activities
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to execute projects and oversee daily operations
  • Partnering with a center of excellence to implement change processes and support ongoing HR functions
  • Full-time on-site commitment
  • Standard working hours: 40 hours per week
  • Entitlement: 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays
