Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with managers and employees to provide guidance and support on a range of HR matters, encompassing performance management, employee relations, and talent development initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Contribute actively to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities effectively.
