Contract: Fixed-term contract until June 2026

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a HR Resourcing Placement Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the placement process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
  • Develop and maintain relationships with academic partners and recruitment agencies
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
