Group Key Account Manager

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Group Key Account Manager to lead our Fire Detection & Security Systems team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our design, supply, and installation services to key customers in the education, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and strategic direction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including end-users and facilities management companies
- Work on projects such as schools, restaurants, clubs, business parks, and theatres
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the fire detection and security industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
