Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEMH needs and be able to provide individualized support to students. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and be able to engage with students in a supportive and encouraging way.

Key Requirements:

  • Teaching Assistant or Youth Work qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEMH/behavioral issues or other SEND needs
  • Team Teach training
  • DBS clearance
