We are seeking confident and caring individuals to join our team in the Tudhoe area as Support Workers. Our Supported Living Service supports 5 service users with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, enabling them to experience personal development opportunities.

You will possess excellent communication and engagement skills, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for the people we support. You will be able to work within a Positive Behaviour Support framework, take responsibility, and develop as a skilled practitioner. Adhering to agreed guidelines and working collaboratively within a supportive team ethos is essential.

As a Support Worker, you will work a 24-hour rota pattern, including sleep-ins, as part of a friendly and motivated team. Having a car driver's license is desirable, as you will have the opportunity to transport service users' cars for community activities in the Tudhoe area.
