Person-Centred Support Worker

The Person-Centred Support Worker will provide bespoke support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Tudhoe area. This role involves building strong relationships with service users, implementing person-centred plans, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
We offer a competitive salary, a pension with company contribution, and 28 days of annual leave. A car driver is preferred, as there may be opportunities to drive service users' cars to participate in community activities.
Please note that full training is provided, and we actively encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and cultures.
