Property Manager Opportunity in SW London

We are working with a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors providing wide-ranging property consultancy services across Prime SW and Central London.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an intermediate-level Property Manager to join their Block Management team in their SW London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a Central & SW London portfolio of mixed blocks, undertaking a range of duties including budgets, insurance, repairs, major works, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of mixed blocks in Central & SW London
  • Undertake a range of duties including budgets, insurance, repairs, major works, and inspections
  • Work closely with clients to deliver quality-led services
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 1-3 years direct and committed Property Management experience
  • Professional qualifications beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work from home 2-3 days per week if desired
